HOUSE:

Q1) Can you describe your home?
Ans: My home consists of 3 rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a small lobby. Last year we renovated our home and now it looks much more beautiful than it was before.

Q2) Which is your favourite room and why?
Ans: Actually, I don't prefer a specific room to sit in. I just require peace and bright light in the room. Where ever I find these two, I sit there to study.

Q3) How are new houses different from the old ones?
Ans: If I compare both, old houses consist less furniture and unattractive rooms. Whereas, new houses include well furniture rooms and eye-catching wall designs.

Q4) Do you like to live in an independent house or an apartment? Why?
Ans: I would prefer to live in a house because it would have more space as compared to an apartment. Moreover, one's privacy is maintained if he has his own home.

Q5) Who do you live with and why?
Ans: I live with my family because I am a student and unemployed person. Thus, I have to rely on my parents for the basic needs.

Q6) Can you tell me something about your hometown?
Ans: I hail from _____ which is renowned for_______. In addition, my hometown is also considered as a Smart City. 

Q7) What are the disadvantages of living in your city or town?
Ans: The first and foremost demerit of living in my hometown is the pollution. People use private vehicles in spite of using public transport system. Second disadvantage is that the roads are not well constructed and it become very difficult to commute through these roads.

Q8) Describe an interesting building of your town.
Ans: The fascinating and renowned building of my town is clock tower. It is a historical building and near this, various markets are located.

Q9) Do you enjoy living there? why?
Ans: The only reason of staying in this town is, it is my birthplace and my dad has taught me to cherish this town because I have beautiful memories with my parents.

Q10) What would a tourist go to see there?
Ans: There are various renowned malls like pavilion, and PVR, museums, tiger safari and Hardy's World respectively. A tourist can visit these places if he want to explore something new.

Q11) Can you tell me about the transport/ traffic/ industry problems of your town?
Ans: Firstly, people commute to different places through their private vehicle in spite of using public transport. Secondly, there is always road congestion due to traffic. Thirdly, the industry release the toxic chemicals into the rivers which result in water pollution.

Q12) What is your town famous for?
Ans: My town is well renowned for its hosiery products and industry of shawls and stoles. And, this is the reason why it is also known as Manchester of India. 

Q13) What types of restaurants are there in your town?
Ans: There are several kinds of restaurants in my hometown. But unfortunately, I'm not aware of the names because I have never been to a restaurant or a bar. However, I have tasted every street food that are famous in my hometown. 
Note: You can write your own experience. Keep one thing in mind: no examiner asks the factual information. They want the answer related to the question asked. Moreover, they simply want to listen your English and the parameters on the basis of which the bands are provided.

Q14) What do people generally do in the evening in your town?
Ans: Um, usually, people prefer to set outside their homes in the evening for gossips. However, some health conscious individuals go to the park for evening walk or perform other physical activity. 

Note: The underlined words play a crucial role in specifying something and linking two ideas. Never forget using linkers and conjunctions while speaking in front of the examiner. These are counted under lexical resources and Grammatical range and accuracy.
