IELTS Speaking General Questions (Part-4): RELATIONSHIPS

RELATIONSHIPS:

Q1) Do you think relationships matter?
Ans: I believe that relationships do matter in a person's life, either this relation is with your family, friends or your life partner. Relationships boost your mood and it can be great for your mental health.

Q2) Do you miss the company of your friends?
Ans: Um, yes, sometimes I do miss the company of my friends as in their presence I feel alive and optimistic. However, currently we are living far from each other as life has to go on.

Q3) Why do you need anyone to live with you?
Ans: Humans are social creatures. So almost everyone wants that one person with whom he feels alive and also can share his feelings and problems.

Q4) Do you value your relation with anyone?
Ans: My relation with my mom/dad/siblings is something different. Although, we fight and argue that alot but this is the only relation which I cherish the most.

Q5) Why does any relationship break?
Ans: When a person comes under someone's influence or couples are not paying attention to each other could be the reasons for breakups in any relation. Other reason can be that the person either girl or boy is not in love with her/ him anymore.

Q6) Are personal relations more important than friends?
Ans:
According to my perception, personal relations are more significant when you reach your marriage age. This is because after marriage, you need your partner more than you would need your friends in every aspect of your life.

Q7) Is it important to exchange gifts in relations?
Ans: I think exchanging gifts is not a remarkable idea according to me because love is shown by understanding, time, attention and care and not by materialistic things. However, if a person has specially made a gift for his beloved then it's precious

Note: The underlined words play a crucial role in specifying something and linking two ideas. Never forget using linkers and conjunctions while speaking in front of the examiner. These are counted under lexical resources and Grammatical range and accuracy.
